ü I help you discover. We see and hear ourselves through others. Many mentors/coaches continue to have their own mentor/coach as they understand this concept. You in fact have many of the answers you seek but they only come to the surface when talking and listening to yourself things through with someone else.
ü I create awareness. It’s always a great moment to see a client’s face light up as they have that “light bulb’ moment in coming to a significant realisation or understanding. These breakthroughs always lead to amazing results.
ü I find the blocks. As a Life Mentor I have the ability to listen, ask the right questions and help guide you to discover the hidden obstacles, barriers or influences that are preventing you becoming happier, healthier and reaching your goals, visions and dreams.
ü My mission is to help you succeed. As your Life Mentor I am that independent person in your life and therefore can remain objective in helping you reach your goals to create the happier, healthier you. I also keep you accountable to agreed goals which means you are far more likely to achieve them than not. I am a highly motivated and goal driven person but having my own mentor certainly helps me achieve more goals than I normally would without one.
ü I provide you with the tools, empowerment and confidence. I provide you with a toolbox of strategies, different approaches, perspectives and methods to which empower you to tackle, cope and push through the challenges that life throws at us. This allows you to keep a healthy balance so you can remain happy, getting the most out of life.
